The owners in the lobby were so kind that I felt good!
The best thing was the curtains that completely blocked the light in the room. Thanks to the blackout curtains, I slept really well 👍
Next time I visit Gangneung, I plan to use Hotel Juno~ The price was cheap and they were kind, so I was overall satisfied ㅎㅎ

The hotel was great. Perfect location. Front beach and a lot of seafood restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff in reception are nice. We were greeted politely and was given a complimentary chocolates for the nye which we thought a very sweet and nice gesture. The room is big and clean. Comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again in summer.

It was very nice. It was clean and the view was great. It would have been easier to park quickly, but it was nice to be able to secure it. It was comfortable and the best. The hanger was in the center so it was good to hang socks. The mirror is pretty, but I think I need to check the hanging part. It's sturdy, but it looks uneasy.

Maybe it's because it's a business hotel, but the bedding was clean and tidy. I slept well.
It was convenient with a table and chairs.
Above all, there is an induction, sink, and cooking utensils
I ate well boiled nurungji in the morning.
Soundproofing was also good.
Slightly annoyed by banging noises for a while in the evening.
Maybe there is a karaoke nearby or underground.
It was very good except for this
In the morning, I also saw the sunrise in the nearby Gyeongpodae Sea.

The hotel is good, but old and not very clean, it is clear that it is not looked after. In a two-story room, we never went up to the 2nd floor because of the stuffiness. They could hang a small air conditioner :) The view is beautiful, but the windows are dirty.

I tried to eat cup ramen, but there was no hot water… and no microwave, so it was a bit disappointing ㅠ And there was trash on the veranda, so I thought they didn’t clean it, but the interior was clean~ The bedding was also clean. I had a good night’s sleep!
I could see the ocean, though! I had a great stay~

The sound of fireworks in front sometimes came out, but it was clean and well done. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature, but if you set it to the center, the water temperature will be slightly lukewarm, so if you use it that way, you can live fine.

I made a reservation at the lowest price and was given a room on the first floor with a parking lot view, so I paid extra and got a room in the middle with a sea view on the third floor. It's the same as the introduction, and the sea view outside is pretty. It was nice to be able to enjoy the daytime sea, the night sea, and even the sunrise. Cleanliness was good, and the bedding and bed mattress were quite good. Using the jacuzzi was also okay. It was okay because it was the season when there weren't many people, but since it has full-length windows, you can see everything from the roadside if you stay close to the window. No one will want to look closely. Highly recommended for those who want to sleep and relax while watching the waves of the sea change from moment to moment.

AAnonymous UserThis is the best hostel I ever stayed. The hostel is new, and is kept in tidy and comfortable ways. I have a good night sleep. It is quiet and clean. The air in the dorm smell nice as air freshener is turned on. Breakfast is simple but nice.

DDanielGreat place. Yes it’s older but it’s very clean! Hot Shower was awesome! The shower alone gets 5 Stars! 2 minute walk to beach! If you like vintage or to simply have a nice, clean, basic place then this is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly.

FFionaBasic room with a huge bathroom! Had everything I needed like toiletries, TV, towels. The room only has small towels but large towels should be available from the front desk. Front desk was extremely nice and also agreed to keep my luggage as I reached before the check in time. Walkable to Gangneung KTX station, the central market, and Wolhwa Street.

CChung-hanIt's just besides st. John hotel, there's bar and restaurant, 7-11, and there's also a GS25 close by about 2mins walking distance. Need to used uber to call taxi , so for foreigner try to download Uber before you arrive. There's also bus station about 10mins walking, for bus in Gangneung is W1,700/way, if you have T-card it's W1,530/way. The hotel facility is a little old, but everything working well.

I'm sensitive to smell.
Other than that, the interior is tidy and tidy at the hotel level.
But tables and barn are a bit insufficient outside cleaning.

GGuest UserThis place is very nice, located not too far from the beach and easy to find. Not the most touristic part of the city therefore it's not so easy to find things to do or eat around especially during the low season.
The room was clean and as described. The bed is located in the attic so the ceiling is a bit low. The balcony and window are right by a garden/backyard, which was not fully developed yet. The view is not the best trait of the room.
We arrived later than expected and it was raining. The umbrella I had left at the front door, where umbrellas were all stored, was stolen and I never found it again.

LLilLocated next to Anmok Beach and cafe street. It is in walking distance of cafes and the beach. There are some places to eat too.
In the room there is a fridge and communal health and beauty supplies and a hair blowdryer. We checked in around 11 PM the front desk gave us toothbrushes.
The sheets were stained when we arrived in our room. We called since it was after house cleaning hours, they gave us new sheets so we could change them.

PPink and Blue Ice CreamThe motel seems ok. It was just a place to sleep because I'm not familiar with this city. I can recommend this motel to someone. It's located near KTX train station which is nice since I'm a traveler. It's not extravagant but it's okay to sleep for a night or two. Everyone's outlook will be different but for me the motel is ok.
