강릉에 일이 있어 출장으로 급하게 예약하고 이용함 주변에 식당이나 편의시설이 많아서 편리하나 약간 시끄럽긴함 시설이 오래됫지만 가성비 좋음

* Although it is the March 1st holiday period, o Price: Ridiculously expensive compared to motel facilities (normally 50,000 won is excessive, but I paid a whopping 170,000 won or more) o Heating: Each room (central heating) is not heated so it is too cold, so the bed is uncomfortable because an electric blanket is installed. o Bathroom: The bathroom (toilet) was installed outside the room, so it was too cold to shower as heating was not possible. o Customer service, etc.: Phone service was out of service after 8 p.m., and in the morning (around 7 p.m.) there were not enough towels, so I went down to the front desk on the 1st to ask for more towels, but they were all there. The door was locked and there was no manager or owner, so I was embarrassed that I couldn't get additional towels. o There was a lot of difficulty leaving the car early in the morning as parking was not secured. * I think we should file a complaint and request an investigation from the Consumer Protection Agency regarding the above matter.
