직원들손님대하는태도가 다달라요~그래도 국내꽤유명한호텔에비해 직원들이거의 보통호텔수준인게 많이 아쉬웠어요~그리구냉장고 물이없음 매일물사러편의점 들려야함~전용비치는 돌이너무많아 애들놀기에는다소위험하고 수영장은가뭄으로 운영중지되였는데 (이해는하는데)물어봐도 당당한테도임 죄송하단말한마디없음 한번쯤은 와볼만하는데 재방문할정도는 아닌듯

모두 결재를 하고 체크 인을 해도 -체크인 하자마자 물품의 분실의 경우를 위해 카드 번호를 제공하라고 요구한다 - 외국도 이러한 경우는 없었던 것으로 기억한다.
서라운드 스피커는 형식상의 물건일 뿐 전혀 사용이 되지 않는다 - 고객의 실수가 아니니 - 참고하자.
발코니 침실의 유리는 실리콘으로 붙여 놓아서 안전에 문제가 될 듯하니 - 근처에는 가지 말자.
결론 - 조금 더 저렴한 곳으로 예약하고, 남는 돈으로 맛난 거 사먹자 !!

가족여행및 지인들 하고 같이 하는 여행이였습니다
주기적으로 여행을 다니는 편인데 리뷰는 처음 쓰네요
짧게쓰겠습니다. 입구부터 너무 예쁘고 주차장 입구에 계신분들 너무 친절하시고 설명도 잘해주십니다.
그러나 체크인 할때 창가쪽 앉아계신분 일하기 싫으신건지
물어봐도 불투명스럽게 말하고 너무 안좋았습니다
한줄로 서세요 말할때도 짜증을 내며 말하기도 하고
아기가 있으니 침대가드 얘기햇더니 아까 얘기했는데 왜 또 물어보냐는 식으로 답을 하고 서비스가 엉망입니다.
다만 남성2분중 창가쪽 말고 로비쪽 앉아계신분은 정말 친절하십니다. 저는 두번다신 안갈려니 혹시나 가시는분들 체크인할때 기분 나쁠수있으니 참고하세요
