경포해변 바로 앞이라서 바다 접근성이 정말 좋아요. 호텔 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 시설도 깨끗하며 편의시설도 많고 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 5성급 호텔이고 결코 저렴한 가격을 지불하지 않는 호텔임에도, 유료 서비스가 다소 많았어요. 단순히 가운이나 이불 하나 추가하는 거에도 추가 요금이 있으며, 객실 환경 정책으로 치약 칫솔도 제공되지 않습니다. 이곳을 방문하실 때 이런 점들을 먼저 고려하셔서 방문하시면 좋을 거 같아요.

여름 휴가로 선택해서 온 호텔인데 생각보다 기대 이하였어요ㅠㅠ 여름이라 에어컨 시원하게 틀고 있을 생각이였는데 아무리 온도를 낮춰도 시원해지지 않고 프론트에 말씀을 드리니 선풍기를 주시더라구요. 신경써주셔서 정말 감사하지만 힌두푼도 아니고 호텔 와서 선풍기 바람 쐬러 온 건 아닌거 같아 다시 말씀 드리니 룸을 바꿔주셨지만 마찬가지로 더워서 힘들었어요ㅠㅠ 직원분들 친절한 응대는 감사하지만 여름에 재방문 의사는 없을 거 같아요.
