루이스호텔 시설이 깨끗하고 일하는 사람들도 친절했습니다. 더운 여름날이라 1층 냉장고에서 얼음물도 하나 가져갈 수 있어서 좋았고요. 디럭스룸 이용했는데 TV로 넷플릭스나 티빙 등을 마음껏 시청할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

The overall service is good and the room is very tidy!
It's very close to Gangneung KTX Station on foot. It takes about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby and there are two convenience stores just next to the hotel. Overall, I am very satisfied.
