The owners in the lobby were so kind that I felt good!
The best thing was the curtains that completely blocked the light in the room. Thanks to the blackout curtains, I slept really well 👍
Next time I visit Gangneung, I plan to use Hotel Juno~ The price was cheap and they were kind, so I was overall satisfied ㅎㅎ

평점 및 리뷰가 좋아서 예약하고 1박 했습니다.
여사장님?(매니저님)이 너무 무뚝뚝하고 고객 응대가 좋지 않았습니다.
4시 체크인 이지만 30분 먼저 왔다고 차 세워놓고 기다리라고 하는 것이 상당히 불쾌했습니다.
시설도 좋지 않았고 샤워부츠상태(샤워기 등등...샤워기도 고정이 안되고 샤워기 각도가 불편함)가 최악입니다. 어떻게 평점이 높은지 이해가 가지 않았습니다.
베게는 너무 불편했고 침대 또한 허리가 너무 아팠습니다. 이불 들어보니 머리카락도 발견되었고요..
1층에서 판매하고 있는 어메니티 또한 구성이 너무 빈약했습니다.
위치 빼고는 그냥 시골 읍내에 있는 장급 모텔 정도 밖에 안되는 곳이라고 생각이 되니 사장님은 만실보다 룸 컨디션에 신경 좀 쓰시길 바랍니다.
크게도 바라지 않고 가까운 숙소라도 방문해서 직접 뭐가 문제가 되는지 보시는 방법도 있겠습니다.
참고로 205호에 묵었던 사람입니다. 제 리뷰가 문제가 된다고 하면 직접 연락 주셔서 말씀 주셔도 됩니다.
