그 가격에 그 모텔. 겉으로는 낡아보이나, 그래도 내부는 인테리어 새로 하여 그나마 괜찮음. 마량항과 강진 읍 사이 큰 길 옆 밭두렁에 홀로 서 있고 주변에 아무 것도 없음. 대중교통으로는 접근 어려움. 식사는 8분 정도 차량을 타고 그나마 식당들과 슈퍼가 있는 마량항으로 가야함. 다만 가까운 곳에 강진청자박물관과 한국민화뮤지엄이 있어서 그곳을 관람하면 좋음. 특히 한국민화뮤지엄 1층 소장품들은 명작들임.
