The rooms were quite compact but were good. Every year on our wedding anniversary we visit a holy shrine and every hotel we stayed at made sure our anniversary was celebrated at least. Somehow, Soma Vine Village doesn't have this custom. (The receptionist smirked at the mention of our anniversary). As other reviewers have mentioned, it's true that the wifi is terrible. I won't deny that the food is delicious but when you have such a pricey menu, I expect someone to be present to take my order, I needn't get up and go to the restaurant reception. The attached image is of my silicon spatula eaten away by rats in the bathroom for which the staff/management isn't neither accepting responsibility nor is apologetic. Not at all worth the money being charged. Highly overpriced to an extent that at a resort where the wine is manufactured, only TASTING it is complimentary. There is a lot of scope for improvement in hospitality, if not, charges should be reduced.
