This is a wonderful hotel, clean rooms with comfortable beds, very friendly staff, many breakfast choices, centrally located, easy to access downtown Corning, CMOG. The common areas are well lit and clean, pool and fire pit areas are nice extras. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property.

At the end of September 2024 we had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn at Painted Post, New York State, for several days while we visited the Corning Glass museum and Watkins Glen. We are Hilton Honors members, and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The amenities are similar to other hotels, but the staff and management definitely left an impression on us. Right from our first interaction with the breakfast staff, the cleaning staff we met in the halls and especially the management at the front desk, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The manager Margie Mattison was extremely helpful with a couple of issues, and it was obvious that her positive attitude and excellent customer service carried over to all the staff in the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone that is contemplating a visit to the Corning area to book your accommodation at the Painted Post location. And please remember to give a small tip to the breakfast staff and the folks that clean your rooms. They work very hard and must get up very early in the morning. Very nice and clean Hampton. We had a King room on 3rd floor and it was clean and very quiet. The common areas of hotel were also very clean and all staff were came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and if we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Found bedbugs in comforter and pillow/pillowcase. Was refunded room. However Was told no way could there be such in their rooms even when confronted with proof. Seemed an okay hotel otherwise. Staff at check in was friendly. Not so much when we demanded to leave due to the bedbugs

This hotel was clean and had the best smelling sheets and pillows. They were helpful and the coffee and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is also easy access and had safe parking. I recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area, and it is an excellent price point for anyone moving students in or out of Ithaca schools.

Staff was very responsive. It must have been tough working on Christmas but the front desk person was very pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet on Christmas night. Breakfast the next morning was not crowded but good in typical Hampton Inn fashion.

I had a wonderful stay except the pool was unavailable and their system was down so early check in was not working. Electronic key system was down so could not get into your room with your electronic key.

whole booking through your website to my Brother in Law Dr Ehab Saad the Hotel website asked for a code send to my Canadian cellphone that I didn't have on hand so I neglected this booking and went through ***********. on checking IN... “Trevor “ the receptionist guy and insisted that the website was paid and confirmed that the reservation done by booking website is not valid … Ended that I Paid twice for the same a room because And the team there can’t do anything or support in helping to get my money back
