Hotel RH Bayren Parc

We made a hotel reservation for May 20 with the Trip.com agency, and until the moment of making the payment that date was due. When we arrived at the hotel they informed us that the date was for the next day...We never put the 21st, we always put the 20th...now of course the responsibility is not yours...if prices and dates change every 2 by 3 It is not our problem, we are very sure of the date we select. Furthermore, we later verified that it can be selected on the same day that the reservation is made. In addition to all the inconvenience caused, the bad time we had, we had to go to another hotel of much lower quality and on top of that pay close to 50 extra euros. We feel totally cheated and we are going to leave our opinion everywhere we can, especially because of the lack of involvement and responsibility, they wash their hands, blame the client and then of course the hotel, but they charge in 1 second... answer no... that's why if it takes you too long. Now they offer a compensation of 30 euros, when we practically had to stay in a 1-star hotel and paying for a 4-star hotel is laughable, we have spent almost 200 euros in a weekend to forget thanks to this deplorable company, a farce of company and we already see that we are not the first nor the last to have had such a bad experience...they are a gang of ***** and thieves.

Todo excelente. La limpieza, la ubicación,las comidas,La animación una pasada, nos divertimos mucho La habitación amplia y cómoda. Con mesita y sillas y un tendedero muy util en el balcón. La televisión bastante grande. Todo el personal muy atento y amable.Muy buena experiencia .

Hotel magnífico en todos los aspecto, comida, animación, trato y muy buena ubicación. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al cien por cien. Se me olvidaba, tiene gimnasio, spa y sauna todo incluido en el precio. Cerca está Gandía pueblo, que es muy bonito.

Ha sido un placer disfrutar de sus instalaciones gracias al servicio de limpieza,mantenimiento así como a restauración y cocina por la variedad y calidad de los productos ofrecidos. Reseñar la empatía y profesionalidad de Alex, Julián y Doru como todas las recepcionistas en su turno, prestando ayuda y orientación al cliente en sus demandas.Una mención muy especial al servicio de animación personificado por Alba que es de diez, por su inventiva, saber hacer y cercanía que hace la estancia tan amena que invita a volver.

Estamos muy satisfechos en varios conceptos. Pensión completa inmejorable. Habitación confortable y completa. Limpieza impecable Animación al máximo. Personal un 10 No va mas. Repetiré visita en el momento pueda o a través de Imserso.
