When we arrived at the hotel they informed us that the date was for the next day...We never put the 21st, we always put the 20th...now of course the responsibility is not yours...if prices and dates change every 2 by 3 It is not our problem, we are very sure of the date we select. Furthermore, we later verified that it can be selected on the same day that the reservation is made. In addition to all the inconvenience caused, the bad time we had, we had to go to another hotel of much lower quality and on top of that pay close to 50 extra euros. We feel totally cheated and we are going to leave our opinion everywhere we can, especially because of the lack of involvement and responsibility, they wash their hands, blame the client and then of course the hotel, but they charge in 1 second... answer no... that's why if it takes you too long. Now they offer a compensation of 30 euros, when we practically had to stay in a 1-star hotel and paying for a 4-star hotel is laughable, we have spent almost 200 euros in a weekend to forget thanks to this deplorable company, a farce of company and we already see that we are not the first nor the last to have had such a bad experience...they are a gang of ***** and thieves.
