There is no shuttle bus going to city but the reception helped us booked an uber.

The accommodations were of exceptional quality, and the level of service provided was truly remarkable. Furthermore, the breakfast was quite delicious.

The staff is very slow
room was extremely small
there was a terrible smell in the bathroom and despite requesting the reception staff to look into the issue, nothing was done. To top it up we were told that they were facing warm water issues and if we want to take a bath warm water will be provided in buckets. Only 2 tea bags provided. During check out the morning reception staff took too long despite it being a prepaid booking.

Average value for money : compared to e.g Hyatt hotels, (same rates) the Grand Mercure offers very small rooms with unconfortable beds, service in the restaurant is good but buffet does not have much choice, especially deserts (only a bit of ice cream and some cakes), we told tge (very friendly) staff and they said they would take it into account. Reception staff is professional but do not expect smiles or a 'hope you liked your stay'. Disappointing experience for a 5* hotels without the luxury and food coming with it. Situated in Gift City, good location if going north.
