The hotel is very well located in GIFT city. It is nice and has good food options. Although Gift city is a little far away from Ahmedabad, connectivity with Metro is good. Mr Harvijay Singh from the hotel transfer is especially good. He is very friendly and considerate of the customer's concern regarding any transfer issue. He is a true gem of a person.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! Despite specifically requesting a quiet room, I was given one with active construction right outside - complete with cranes and JCBs operating throughout the night! The noise made it impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, there seems to be very poor communication between reception and catering staff. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.

Infrastructure was very impressive. Food was delicious. Staff was really helpful (Priyanshi, Mrityunjy and all others as well). Room was highly comfortable and all the amenities were fine. I really liked living here and spent a good time here. Will come back soon.....

Food was good....mattress was nice and overall experience was a good one.... Room cleaning was time to time it's like everything is maintained properly and every one is doing their work properly so that we can we can have a good experience...

Our stay was amazing! After travelling from Australia, then Indonesia we were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff. Chef Dinesh prepared my favourite dish of a Dosa and Banbna looked after our breakfast to great satisfaction making sure we had all that we needed. The Breakfast area was clean and had a great variety of dishes. Shubham welcomed us and taught us all about the local culture. Whilst we were waiting for our ride Shubham prepared a very tasty brewed and theatrical poured coffee. Thank you to all at the Grand Mercure on our first night in India.

Priyanshi at the front counter was exceptionally helpful. She ensured wow welcome. Food was fab too. Was expecting local flavours too in the menu. Check-in time was not informed during the booking though!!! Sahil ensured my bags were kept safe and provided promt assistance.

Lovely checkin experience with Miss Priyanshi! Made our day! Lovely ambience with a welcome scent so mesmerising that I felt like never leaving! This could not have been any better. Got a free upgrade, and on the top floor with an amazing view!
