I have visited many time to the leela Gandhinagar and this time I got the best service from lopsang , Florence, pritisha and Shital they were all amazing staff and same looking 😅 but they were very beautiful and gave a fantastic service to my family I would loved to visit again to the leela

The staff is very polite, the property is beautifully maintained, by considering every small things, that can add to the overall experience of the guests. I left my earbuds in the restaurant, and checked out, then I reached out to them. They took care of it, and got it delivered to me in Delhi safely, and ensured, that I did actually receive the same. Quite an impressive job, by going above and beyond for the guest, who has actually checked out!! Kudos to the great hospitality!! The only drawback, it is far from the city, like around 15Kms.

Gift city club is strategically located in the mid of gift city business hub. This property is good for both business as well as leisure travellers. This property has lot to offer, right from outdoor sports (lawn tennis, cricket, badminton etc, large swimming pool, cafe adjoining to swimming pool, spacious rooms with big balcony to stunning view of entire gift city development.

This is the worst hotel which we have stayed in years.Food is not upto the mark and the service is even more horrible.Please check and ask them to check the room at time of checkout as they dont check the room at checkout.This is one incident which happened to us on 2 Nov 2024. As the guest checkout at morning 6 am after handling the room keys at the reception and they followed up at 6 pm after 12 after that they found the head board of the bed having marks of iron and for which they have to change the complete head board.First that wasnt done by the guest and secondly the guest stayed for 3 nights but there room wasnt even cleaned even once.For which they took a payment of 10000 ehich is wrong on there part.Secondly they told me that my 2 and a half year son had broken the mouth freshner bowl for which they told me i would have to pay 500 and i was ok i would pay that amount but after which i told my family they said that my son was not playing there he was carried by my family member after which i demanded to watch the cctv but they said that is not permited and they said it is ok they wont charge for the bowl.So please be careful if you are travelling with your family.As they could deny that you are wrong i would want the head of the hotel to look into this matter and please see this doent happen to others.

As the hotel do not have an attached restaurant, there is no pressure to eat in hotel, you ca eat anywhere. Also some branded shop like subway is also close by. S bi bank & e-corner is also available. All the above mentioned amenities are within 100 meter of the hotel. Room is spacious and have ok furniture. No cupboard or tv. Decent amount of charging point. All lights are yellow.
