A good one night layover off the 401 in beautiful Gananoque. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The old building is being brought back to its former glory, slowly but surely. Rooms are clean, individual and have a wonderful old world feel about them. The rooms have been renovated with respect given to old doors, trim, floors etc. Bathrooms are clean, good quality linens and toiletries. Lots of hot water and pressure. It was a quiet early week night when we stayed, so the pub below was closed by 9 I think. Breakfast was one of the best continentals I've ever had, that's saying a lot given I've explored much of Europe. It was much appreciated as we were on the road most of the next day. The location is excellent for visiting the town.

Stonewater B&B is an older building with lots of character...clean and nicely maintained. We stayed in the Webster suite for 4 nights. Very nice water view, comfortable king size bed with separate living/kitchen area. A nice breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. Very convenient it has a pub/restaurant in the same building, where we enjoyed some nice patio dinners and drinks. Location is great....close to the water...cruises...activities...restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend this B&B

Very nice bed and breakfast. Don’t be surprised at the size of the shower however. The food in the restaurant is very good. Would have like ice. Seemed difficult to get.

This was a nice short vacation away from home. The room was tidy and clean and had great ambience. We also had a great meal in the pub below. My one complaint was noise from the next room where they had a TV on quite loud until after midnight. Other than that, it would have been nice to have more that 2 coffee creamers (there were 4 coffee pods but only 2 creamers) because we woke up a long time before breakfast was served.

Loved our stay in Gananoque! The Loft room was quirky and charming and we will most certainly stay there again. Restaurant/Pub is very good (we have eaten there many times over the years) and a great location near the river. The town if very walkable.
