Stonewater Manor B&B

Booked one night for my wife and son. They absolutely loved the place for welcoming and friendly team, super positive vibe and ambiance, excellent ground level pub/restaurant, clean and Cousy room and fantastic breakfast. Place is so nice that we have already started to plan for a group of family friends to go and stay few days. Place has only 4 rooms on second and it's a family owned business, managed fantastic. Sure, we'll book again 🙏

What a lovely B&B! We are familiar with Gananoque, so the surroundings were not a surprise and just as lovely as we always remembered. But the Stonewater was new to us. We only stayed one night but will be sure to return. This is a restored older building with all the beautiful woodwork you’d find in a turn of the century home. Each room has its own name - ours was the Frederick. It is immaculate and carefully decorated to be both charming and unique. Our room was on the second floor and easy to access. Although there is a pub in the lower part of the back section of the building, we never heard a peep. (Perhaps because of our window air conditioner??) The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully appointed, roomy, and very clean. Breakfast was a real treat - it is served at 0800 outside your room and you can bring it in our take it downstairs to eat on their enclosed porch. A small still-warm quiche, fresh fruit, and a variety of small and delicious pastries with OJ. A coffeemaker is in the room. For all the squeaky floors a house like this can have, we never heard anyone in the nearby rooms. The Stonewater is nestled in a lovely neighborhood right near the St. Lawrence river - roll out the door and you can watch the waterfront. What a treat! I’d summarize to say the perks are cleanliness, privacy, charm, comfort, location, and thoughtfulness. They have done a beautiful job! We will definitely be back.

Stonewater B&B is an older building with lots of character...clean and nicely maintained. We stayed in the Webster suite for 4 nights. Very nice water view, comfortable king size bed with separate living/kitchen area. A nice breakfast was delivered to our door every morning. Very convenient it has a pub/restaurant in the same building, where we enjoyed some nice patio dinners and drinks. Location is great....close to the water...cruises...activities...restaurants and pubs. Would definitely recommend this B&B

Lovely stay in Loft Room We loved this B&B. Friendly staff and great breakfast. We had dinner in the pub downstairs too. The food, draught beer and cocktails were all very good. We recommend the loft room which enjoys a great view of the water.

We love eating at the Stonewater Pub when we come through Gananoque so we thought we’d try staying at the B&B for my birthday. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and we had a great stay. Would stay again!
