Si la chambre en elle même est tout à fait convenable (mis à part la literie, trop ferme), le gros point négatif, pour mq part, est la proximité de l'église, dont la cloche sonne toutes le demi-heures, jusqu'à minuit, puis à partir de 6h ... insupportable. De plus, il n'y a pas de volets à la fenêtre et ce n'est pas les stores à peine occultant qui permettent de garantir l'obscurité. Le personnel est agréable et le prix est raisonnable.

Mi sono fermato una notte in viaggio di lavoro in questo albergo. Si tratta di un hotel diffuso, le stanze sono in palazzine vicino all’hotel con ingressi indipendenti. Il palazzo dove si trovava la stanza era un po’ fatiscente ma la stanza era stata ristrutturata da poco ed era confortevole. Bene anche il bagno, praticamente nuovo. Male la televisione, piccola e posizionata molto in alto che non permette una buona visione dello schermo e l’eccessiva angolazione rovinava l’immagine. Cena discreta, pessimo però il fatto che le mie porzioni (per me comunque sufficienti) siano state praticamente metà rispetto a quelle di un gruppo di operai che probabilmente erano “di casa”, vista la confidenza con le cameriere. Non mi è parso un modo corretto di fare. Pessima la colazione. Sul tavolo delle brioches (discrete anche se riscaldate) e 2 dolci che erano tutt’altro che invitanti.

Pulito, personale molto cortese, disponibili per ogni esigenza, pranzo ottimo e molto abbondante. Unico neo il parcheggio in strada con macchina carica, ma è andato tutto bene. Avevo con me un cane ed un gatto che sono stati i benvenuti, coccolati dal personale

La nostra camera, posta in un'elegante e vicinissima dependance, era davvero molto bella, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort; il personale è stato molto gentile ed accogliente. Peccato non aver approfittato dell'annesso ristorante, ma non mancherà l'occasione.

We took the funicular up from Como to Brunate. After taking some panoramic pictures, we walked into town looking for a lunch spot. Fortunately, we came across Locanda Milano which is a hotel & restaurant. We ordered antipasti (cured meats. cheese and pickled veggies), tagliatelle ai funghi porcini and the house red. The food and wine were wonderful and the service was on point. We would high recommend.
