敢えてTrip.com様に対して申し上げます。
昨日宿泊予約について私が予約日を１日間違えまして、日程変更は不可とのことでしたのでまずキャンセル申請をして急遽追加予約しました。
Trip.com様よりその後のご回答としては、規定どおりキャンセル不可とのことでした。
日程を間違えたのは私が悪いのでその点は反省しておりますが、私は別日に同一のホテルで予約をしましたし、単に規定に沿ってキャンセル不可とのみおっしゃるのはいかがでしょうか。
仲介のエージェント様がNGとおっしゃられていると伺いましたが、融通が利かないものでしょうか。

Great place, really polite and fantastic (free) breakfast. Free parking although parking nearby is around £2 per day which is a bargain. And it's right next door to a shopping centre, family restaurant and late night café. Plus the baths inside the hotel are a great touch. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very convenient since it is near the station. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are compact but very clean. Basic amenities are provided and breakfast was good.
