このホテルには，50年以上前に泊まった。 父母と兄弟３人で泊まった。 下の弟が，ファンだった俳優 志垣太郎 の しがき に，音が似ていると，喜んでいた。 当時の様子はほとんど忘れたが，ロビーには，我が家しか客がおらず，新しいホテルなのに，閑散としていたことを覚えている。 2011年に負債総額47億で倒産したが，民事再生法のもとで，営業継続できた。 民事再生した企業は，たくさんあるが，知る限り，どこも往時の勢いが失われて，ただ存続しているだけの，おとなしいイメージの会社になるようだ。 このホテルでは，ロビーでは電球の交換が十分でなく，部屋の暖房は，なんと，セントラルヒーティングのままだ！ 食事は，価格に比べ，食材が良くないようだし，味付けもいまいちだ。 温泉はまあまあ普通。 wifiや，シャワートイレは，ある。 サービス全般が，価格に見合ってないように思う。
