La colazione un caos completo, servizio zero, c'era molto caldo siccome i tavoli erano posizionati in un "sottotetto" , il personale abbastanza disponibile ma siccome erano in 2 sfortunatamente la sala era in attesa continua di cibo, acqua e tavoli da sparecchiare.

Seit vielen Jahren kommen wir regelmäßig in die Hotels, die zum Resort in Galzignano gehören, in den letzten Jahren dabei gern ins Sporting. Dies ist seit April 2022 wieder geöffnet und war für uns nach dreijähriger Abwesenheit wegen einer eigenen Erkrankung und der Pandemie wie ein "Nach-Hause-Kommen". Service wie gewohnt sehr gut und hilfsbereit wie immer, Zimmer sauber, Klimaanlage funktionstüchtig trotz teils hoher Temperaturen, neue Auflagen auf den Liegen rund um die Pools, Küche noch etwas besser als zuletzt 2019. Frühstück abwechslungsreich mit viel frischem Obst, Nüssen, Cerealien etc. Die Gin-Bar mit Salvatore ein Highlight! Da - wie überall auf der Welt - wegen der Pandemie etwas Personal fehlt, gehen die Gäste des Sporting an zwei Abenden zum Essen rüber ins Majestic (und umgekehrt die Gäste des Majestic ins Sporting). Das ist aber kein Problem, denn so lernt man die Verschiedenheit beider Restaurants und ihre Schwerpunkte (Majestic mehr Fisch, Sporting mehr Fleisch im Hauptgang) kennen. Wir freuen uns schon aufs kommende Jahr und werden wiederkommen! Empfehlenswert!

Ho dormito in questo hotel una notte con la mia compagna. Ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto, le piscine sono grandi e ben curate, lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ciò che ci è piaciuto maggiormente è stata la colazione, molto varia, degna di un hotel 4 stelle. Ciò che ci è piaciuto un po' meno invece è la camera a causa della moquette, le camere andrebbero magari rimodernizzate. Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza e consiglio!

La professionalità e la disponibilità del personale bilanciano la struttura che avrebbe bisogno di un'attenzione più mirata ai particolari. Abbiamo avuto ospiti a cena che si sono presentati con un cagnolino e il maitre si è prodigato per sistemarci in giardino facendoci seguire da un cameriere dedicato. Veramente segno di grande cura del cliente. Camere ampie e rinnovate. Esperienza da ripetere.

Weekend molto rilassante ,ottima pulizia nelle camere e anche nelle terme,siamo stati benissimo ,il ristorante offre una buona colazione con tante proposte a differenza della cena la quale il menù è un po' scarso e caro. Personale molto gentile

Visto da fuori sembra abbastanza vecchio ma una volta dentro devo dire che è pulitissimo e curato. La stanza è grande e comoda. Dalla hall si arriva direttamente nella piscina interna che porta anche nella piscina esterna. C'è anche la possibilità di andare nelle terme dell'hotel di fronte che fa parte della stessa catena. Nella hall ci sono un sacco di tavoli da gioco e anche una TV per vedere le partite. Consigliato per un po' di relax

L'albergo è bello, anche se per un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata qualche servizio in più (per esempio bagnoschiuma vicino alla vasca e non solo saldato al muro della doccia). A parte questo ci siamo trovate bene, piscina di acqua calda termale davvero bella e grande, colazione buona, abbiamo provato anche la degustazione di vini, servizio eccellente. Unica nota davvero negativa per me è stato il massaggio con Marco, il centro benessere è in una struttura a parte tra gli hotel che compongono il parco, è molto ben curato e la signora alla reception è stupenda, ma ho chiesto un massaggio lomi lomi e mi sono ritrovata con questa persona che per 50 minuti mi ha parlato di respirazione e come eliminare lo stress.. di massaggio neanche l'ombra! Quindi come motivatore nulla da dire..ma volevo e ho pagato (65 euro!) Per un massaggio! Sono uscita molto delusa

Se potevo valutarlo più di 5 l avrei fatto. Sto soggiornando in questo hotel e mi sto trovando ottimamente. Il personale è cortese, molto attento e professionale . Il ristorante poi,che dire!?!Super!!! L unica pecca che posso trovare è che l hotel è un po datato,ma comunque pulito e curato,nessun problema riscontrato. Sicuramente ci ritornero' molto presto.
