We came here for holiday, and we met an awesome guy Mateo! We love him a lot! He gave us wonderful suggestions for drinks and food! And he taught us useful words ( We are Chinese! we need colloquial fun words. I learned “ what’s the craic?” “ Sham” and practice of “ slay”. He is soooo friendly and talkative ( in a good way of course!) Come to this hotel and meet Mateo! Best guy in Galway! Mateo! Mateo! Mateo! !! 我们来这里度假，遇到了一个很棒的人，马特奥！我们非常喜欢他！他给了我们关于饮料和食物的绝佳建议！他还教了我们一些有用的词汇（我们是中国人！我们需要口语中的有趣词汇。我学会了“what's the craic？”，“sham”和“slay”的用法。他非常友好和健谈（当然是好的！）来这家酒店，认识马特奥！他是高威最好的家伙！ 马泰奥！马泰奥！马泰奥! !!

Understated, stylist and relaxed This is a understated, stylish hotel that is very relaxed and friendly. The rooms were a good size with tea and coffee making, iron and ironing board and safe. King sized bed was very comfortable. Very good location but parking is a multi-storey along the street. I’m not that fussy, but I did think breakfast was disappointing … tried all the (limited) options during my stay but most were overlooked or dry. There’s plenty of better options near by which I’ll choose for my next stay there.

We were told to stay right in Gallway, and this place was right in the center. It is such a cute hotel, the breakfast is amazing. It was included in our reservation so not sure on the price. The room was a decent size, and the price was cheap. It's right in the heart of Galway, so it's a perfect spot. The staff were all so nice.`

All staff are friendly especially at reception and breakfast. Breakfast was perfect but gets a little awkward when picking food due to the tight breakfast layout. Room was nice but there is mold growing on the older outer windows in the room. The bathroom door doesn't fit the frame appropriately or lock so its a bit embarrassing when your new boyfriend/friend etc can see you using the facilities. Beds were super comfortable!!! but two single beds put together. Very central location. Very good discount for parking which was superb.

Amy is a sweet staff! She is friendly and helpful. Glad to know her~!＞~~＜我真的很期待下次来戈尔韦见到她，下次我一定还会选择House酒店！
