Das Appartement, das uns zugewiesen wurde, hat mit den Fotos nichts gemein. Die Einrichtung ist überwiegend abgeranzt und schäbig, die Kücheneinrichtung primitiv, die Bäder unterirdisch und das gesamte Ambiente zum Weglaufen. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße lässt sich wegen des Verkehrslärms nicht lüften, ebensowenig wie das Schlafzimmer zum Eingang, an dessen großem Fenster jedermann vorbeigehen und hineinschauen kann, der einen Schlüssel zu dem Gesamtkomplex hat.

We are here now 3rd floor apt 28 excellent.So clean and the view is beautiful.Everything we need is here.Bus stop and taxi right next to us.Alittle store just down from apt building where we can buy our essentials also lots of restaurants in ares.Only few minutes away we can go see Tran on Prom performance.

AVOID AVOID AVOID if you like to stay in nice places!! This is a very old building tarted up at the front to appear to be modern apartment. The back entrance to the lower apartments is appalling. The actual apartment has old fixtures and fittings and not what they appear on the website. There is absolutely no sound proofing from the windows, therefore every external noise can be heard loudly in the apartment like the windows are open. There is also a damp, foosty smell. The apartment is also directly above an amusement arcade and other commercial premises which play music. Look more closely at these apartments before wasting your money like we did. Charging premium prices for sub standard accommodation.

I was a tad apprehensive after reading some negative reviews, after booking, and was unaware of the security deposit until it was requested, which I was annoyed about. But then we arrived, check in was simple. Apartment was immaculately clean Everything you could need was there, utensils, dishwasher tablets and a cloth and tea towel, there’s a washing machine and dryer, airer, iron. Table and chairs on the balcony. The view is STUNNING we saw the sun rise over the bay both mornings which was spectacular, location couldn’t be better, small convince store and coffeeshop literally downstairs, safe parking, the local Garda station is directly behind so couldn’t feel any safer. The bathrooms are modern and recently renovated, spotless, shower pressure was lovely, I literally can’t fault the place after visiting. Tv could be bigger! But honestly, quite impressive and great value for money, off season at least.

Location is best, view from the apartment is best, very spacious rooms... the apartment needs a bit of maintenance, but overall experience is very nice.
