Oisin, are wonderful!!!!’ Amazing staff and food was amazing . Loved the tea selections and scones were delicious . A delightful experience for the beginning of our trip. We would definitely recommend coming to this beautiful establishment

Our group of 14 had the most wonderful tea room experience at Glenlow Abbey Estate, and I can’t speak highly enough of the incredible staff. With very little notice, they graciously arranged seating for all of us at the end of their season, showing genuine hospitality from the moment we arrived. Special thanks to Oisín, Kimi, and Donal, who made the experience so memorable. They catered beautifully to one of our party members with several food allergies, offering a delightful selection of treats for everyone. Even though one of the servers was only on their second day, the service was flawless. We left feeling well-cared for and immensely satisfied. If you’re looking for a tea room experience that goes above and beyond, this is the place to visit!

Awesome servers, it was a great pleasure! Afternoon tea was a new experience! Our servers Oijin, Kimi and Donal were outstanding! Great at explaining everything and took care of our every need! ☘️ Food was SO good, lots of tea options! Will definitely do this again!

Glenlo is an incredible hotel. The grounds are beautiful and the architecture of the building is magnificent. The golf course is wonderful for those who are interested. Falconry was great with Falconer Jason, highly recommend. He has a wealth of knowledge and is incredibly entertaining. This was a highlight for my wife on her birthday! The restaurants on the grounds (Palmers and Pullmans) were both exceptional. Caitlin helped us at Palmers and was absolutely wonderful. She was funny, helpful, and feels like a friend. Would highly recommend this resort for anyone interested in visiting Galway! It was Nice to have everything all in one spot and enjoy the aesthetic that makes it the Glenlo abbey.

I would highly recommend a visit to this hotel. My wife and I have just spent a wonderful three night stay at Glenlo Abbey. Everything about our stay was exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by Michael and then Alanna at reception., Both were extremely professional and helpful. Our room was perfect in every way. One of the high points of our stay was dining at the Pullman, a great experience. Hugo presented us with our tickets on arrival. Our meal was amazing our server Hannah was incredible. Overall, our stay at Glenlo was faultless and I would hope to go back again very soon.

Excellent service from Oisin at high tea. Lovely food and ambiance - would recommend highly for a celebration or holiday as well . The food was special, the service was excellent and we would definitely return and enjoy another afternoon together at this wonderful location !
