Location: Because we went to Cliff of Moher the second morning, this hotel served as a stopping point on the way. In fact, it is still quite far away from downtown Galway. It takes about ten minutes to drive and about 35 minutes to walk. Because our flight was delayed, it was already nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel, and urban towns usually close at ten o'clock, so we didn't go there and had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and bar.
Facilities: The outside environment is very beautiful, and it can be seen that it is a hotel with a sense of age. The room facilities inside are older, but they are well maintained. The only drawback is that the shower head is fixed and cannot be taken down, which makes bathing a little inconvenient.

Beautiful place to stay. The hotel itself is an old type of classic style, the rooms are renowned and modern. Lovely food, live music on Fridays night. The Jacuzzi and the very pleasant pool are definitely worth visiting.

Staff were all polite and courteous but service in the bar was slow.... We went to bed early... Too long waiting for a drink.... Such a pity, we would have spent more money and time there....

Had a wonderful family stay, hotel was very busy but well able to cater for the crowds. Food was amazing as always. Staff and service are top notch. Looking forward to staying again soon.
