When checking in my room was dirty and it wasn't made had to go downstairs to let them know. Given a second room but hallway smelled like ****.

Short staffed which led to uncleaned rooms. The staff was overwhelmed even though they did the best they could with whom they had. It was unfair to staff and guests.

Checked into the hotel for our 3 night stay in the late afternoon and was greeted by a very pleasant front desk attendant. Checked into the room, it was clean but the bathtub was not draining. We informed the front desk and they said someone would be by- no one did. By night 2 still no one came by. I informed the front desk and they moved us to another room which was a hassle. The manager said he’d refund me but I have yet to receive any money back. To our surprise the bathtub in the 2nd room did not drain either. So we had gross bathwater all the way up our legs. Also, the pool water was murky- definitely not kept up and the same dirty wet towels were on the floor of the pool area all 4 days we were there. This hotel has a lot of potential but unfortunately it is a 0 star place for now.

The best value, with full amenities and services, and even a hot breakfast! This is a definite return place for a get away! I felt welcomed and loved the cleanliness, pool, and breakfast!

This hotel looks great in the lobby and then I saw our room. I immediately requested a new room. That second room was also dirty. Walls looked like they have never been cleaned, bed had hair on it, floors were sticky. Shelf between bed was hanging on by a thread. I went and grabbed cleaning supplies and cleaned my own room. After talking with friends that also stayed there they also were not happy with their room. The breakfast was gross. The pool was green 5 days out of our stay. I wish I would have made a bigger deal out of it and tried to get my money back but I was just too tired from driving to deal with it.

There are better places to stay. First owner seems to really push the staff to max profit over keeping up the rooms. I stayed with a group who found most rooms serviceable but not clean. No room service for three days and no towel service either. Breakfast was extremely poor quality. No coffee in room, no frig, and beds were very lumpy. Doubt it could pass a Wyndham inspection

Everything was great,it's in a very quiet part of town . No Hussle. It's Close to restaurants and right off the interstate coming into the island. The price was well worth it. Highly recommend if you don't want to be on main *****. Just a great place to relax
