Das Hotel war nicht überzeugend. Für ein paar Tage war es ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Sauberkeit war ok. Frühstück & Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Boden im Frühstücksbereich und im Zimmer klebte fast überall und am Frühstücksbuffet wurden die Tische nicht ordentlich gesäubert. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bett bequem. Die Dusche hatte zu wenig Druck, ansonsten aber ok. Parken war in einem Parkhaus für einen Aufpreis von 15$ möglich. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Lage vom Hotel am Strand macht den Preis nicht wett. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis vom Hotel meiner Meinung nach schlecht & überteuert.

It's not a resort but a nice hotel. Balcony view is nice but space is very small; no lounging chairs. Unexpected loud street noise and it seems last till night. The beach sounds were clear the following morning. The common hotel accommodation presented. The best feature was the bed.

The hotel was really clean. The lady at the front desk was really helpful on letting us know where a good seafood place to eat at.We stayed one night for our cruise. The hotel was well taking care of . No issues at all. Keep up the good work. 😍 love !

We Love This Place , 2 nd time here before a cruise , from the minute we walked in there were smiles and everyone from front desk to Michael are very friendly and they always help with advice about restaurants , sites , any help they can give , they wrote the book on customer service , nice pool and nice restaurant , room is across the street from beach and restaurant , lots of restaurants in walking distance and you can catch a trolley within 2 blocks to go downtown , if you forget something there is a nice Kroger less than half a mile , all in all you have everything you need right here or within a short walk and very friendly people , nice comfortable room with good air conditioning , pillows and good sleep , we Love It Here and Will be Back !

They will come into your room with a do not disturb sign hanging on the door so don’t leave valuables or even bother with it. Also, pool is often closed and they seem extra lazy and unwilling to help. Need customer services classes 10000000000000%

The room was clean. The property is in an amazing location, but that is it. The staff is friendly, but if you need anything or have any sort of problem, like needing toilet paper, they cannot handle it at all. They seem confused or just aloof. It’s not run as a hotel. The pool was never cleaned in a week and looked like a murky swamp. Every day, our keys expired at 11 a.m., even though we said we were staying for a week. They entered the room with a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and cleaned it. English is not anyone on the teams first language which makes it difficult if you need assistance with anything. Multiple guests were at the desk throughout our stay, arguing with the very aloof front desk staff. It was a very awkward stay, not what you would expect from an express hotel at all, and certainly not following brand standards.

During my stay I encountered a cockroach in my room. I immediately told the staff at the front desk and they informed me to send an email to the manager of the hotel. I sent an email with the subject line Bug found in room. I was told that I would get a reply within 24 hours and a resolution to my issue. However I received no reply.

Accueil chaleureux et check in normaux. Fort vent et tempête, le parking à proximitéetait bienvenu. La chambre est propre et vaste avec un balcon vue mer. Petit dejeuner correct, couverts et vaisselle plastique pas vraiment sustainable !

We stayed here on January 1st, 2024 before our cruise. It's a perfect location to the port, beach access, food, and grocery if needed. The staff was kind, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great as well. Also, I did leave my cell phone in the room, and only realized that's where it probably was long after being back home from vacation. Housekeeping had turned it in, they had documented the details - and were able to get the phone back to me. They went above and beyond to help me, and I was incredibly grateful. I would highly recommend this property if you are coming in to Galveston.
