Hotel appeared almost new. Clean, comfortable room. There were only a few others in the hotel so it was quiet. Either we got really lucky or they didn't stack customers in rooms right next to each other. Breakfast was ready and 6am, and was full buffet and pretty decent. Ample parking.

I was very disappointed with the quality of amenities for the price. The room was dingy, the water temperature was fickle at best and non-existent at worst. The shower head seemed to be on its last leg and the fridge did not work at all. I tried to change rooms since I was in a high traffic area next to the elevator and it was pretty noisy, plus I could hear my neighbors sneezing and playing guitar through the walls, but the replacement room smelled so bad I decided to stay with my original room and suck it up. The pros of this hotel would be the staff tried as best they could to be helpful with mediocre accommodations, they were very nice, the beds are big and comfortable and it's close to a shopping center. To be honest though, the pros in no way out way the cons, I was very disappointed and feel swindled out of more money than I wanted to pay in the first place. I hear the Best Western down the way is much better, I'd recommend staying there instead.

Not a good stay
I was not happy with my stay at this hotel. When we got there the place smelled like cleaning chemicals. We got to our room and it too smelled so strong it gave me a headache. The bed was very comfortable but the shower was horrible. There was no water pressure. Honestly, I may not return to this hotel.

Annoying night service attendee
Paid for a suite. 1004 the night manager knocked in the door about noise. I explained we were getting our boys settled (one with autism so a little harder) he again knocked on the door at 1130 when our kids were all laying down and argued with me that it was our room while speaking with him i piinted out our neighbors were loud maybe he had the room confused. Again after 230 am WHEN WE WERE ALL ASLEEP knocked and when we didnt answer he called it was super annoying people used to party in hotel rooms and its just frustrating i paid $200 to be disturbed multiple times. I think he was bored. I also requested two pillow and he told me they dont deliver so i went down and he handed me two pillows and two pillow cases. No big deal but still.
