Room was clean, good supplies and everything was in working order. Parking was easy. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Most food required getting in the car but that was okay with us. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. Dining room was clean.

Carpets were disgusting, the sheets were never changed, and they did not service the room at all. It's like the housekeeping ladies were hiding from us. Breakfast was standard front desk staff seemed uninterested. Will not stay here again

Staff was rude and mocking. Would never stay here again. The room smelled like smoke Apon checking in. We decided to stay in the room because it was so late, I let front desk know 10 minutes in to checking in about the smell letting them know I didn't want to get charged for it. He agreed and apologized about the smell. When we finally checked out, they didn't want to give my deposit back because the room smelled! I wish i would have got that guy's name that assured me I wouldnt be charged. Won't come here again that's for sure.

professional and kind managers. Clean and well kept room. Facility looked new, as were the rooms, and know that this has been in Galt for a number of years, but you would think that by how well everything has been kept up. Would recommend this to anyone, and would stay here again.

The pillows and bed are very comfortable and the staff is very helpful. Only one washer and dryer so you have to wait sometimes and the chair was broken so it wasn’t too comfortable while waiting. They could provide water for the coffee maker in your room. Overall the accommodations are very good and staff is accommodating They provide a to go breakfast snack if you check out early.

The property is clean, staff is friendly and professional, the free breakfast would have set me back $60 alone had I had to take us out to eat plus we didn't even have to get in the car and drive. The waffles were great and so were all of the other breakfast items.

Needed a place off US-99 for 1 night on our way to Yosemite. I can’t recommend this place. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but that’s were the pros end. The sink’s water supplies were backwards; side indicated as cold was hot water and vice versa. The toilet flush was way too loud! I appreciate power assisted flush but it was so loud it woke the other person up at night. The HVAC system did NOT allow for a constant fan so you could hear the highway when it was not running. Plus, the room was way too cold when we arrived so we increased the temp on the wall thermostat and to our unpleasant surprise, that trigger the heat to kick on! We had to turn off the unit until the temp got warmer. The TV remote was hard to use with no sleep timer. Coffee at breakfast was so bad it was undrinkable no matter how much cream and sugar I added. Rest of breakfast was decent. With all the cons listed above, we won’t be back.

This hotel is worth checking out. The property is very clean, rooms are spacious, great breakfast, very affordable rooms with huge spa bathtubs.

Very surprised that BW was this good. Good breakfast, great staff, nice town. Commode was too low for me. Kids had fun in surrounding area.
