Hi, I would rate this hotel 0 out of 5.This morning I had my son wait for me in the lobby, we were going to check in. I was coming back from the store, as my son was waiting he noticed that there was no lobby attendant. He made himself some hot tea and sat in the lobby. A few minutes later the lobby attendant came out and asked my son what is he doing. My son, being young he told him he was drinking tea. This man who had an Indian accent cussed my son out. He aggressively took my son’s tea and trashed it all while shouting “THIS IS MY PROPERTY!” He began shouting racial slurs at my son (we are Native American), he then chased my son out of the lobby. I finally arrived a few minutes later, I found my son across the street. He told me what happened so we left. I believe someone needs to report this man he’s a racist! My son did nothing to provoke him, he was waiting for me! To this man, GFO!

First off I was greeted by a SCREEN with someone from India on it and that was my concierge. No on-site staff. What is going on? I could barely understand a word. I had to give this person my SCANNED LICENSE, CC and all my INFO. I don't not want to hand some random person in a foreign country all of my info!!! Then I had to give him other person info out loud in front of everyone. Every there was appalled with the check in experience. Then I get to the room and my keys don't work so I have to wait 20 minutes as there is a Spanish speaker who wouldn't communicate with the foreign video screen barely speaking English. I translated to move it along. After the right key coming out of a machine for the 2nd time I made it to my room to realize it's fill with charcoal smoke from the long term people grilling below me. I gave up I need sleep and then the train across the street rolls in at 2am. All hours of the night and morning. Best part is to wake up for breakfast and just see coffee. NOTHING!!!! I honestly can't believe this place exists. I'd have complained if there was anyone I could understand to complain to. Go anywhere but here please. Pay more it's worth it.

While this hotel is cute on the outside don’t let that fool you. It’s located right across the street from rail road tracks and we were not informed a train goes by every 30 mins. It’s was so loud! Online also says they provide breakfast and they do not. We asked the guy at the front desk for a partial refund and he would not do that. Also no elevator and no comfortable place for dogs to go to the bathroom….just parking lot and rocks. I understand it’s the desert….but a patch of softer dirt would have been nice. I would not recommend staying here. I’m glad to be leaving!!
