Beautiful Property: The hotel grounds are described as well-maintained, with a historic charm that guests appreciated. The overall appearance and ambiance of the property received consistent praise.

This is a decent hotel with value for money depending on dates of stay. The rooms are large and beds were comfortable. It has a safe, an alarm clock, smart TV, ref, bathtub. The rooms were cleaned but coffee was not replenished. Parking was available. Valet parking can be a bottleneck. Self parking was good with an optional parking space in the back of the hotel. The access to alternative parking was not attractive but it was convenient. The personnel were efficient, friendly and pleasant. Some room features - lights under the bed; were not functioning. The QR code for housekeeping staff did not match names in the website so I could not tip the correct person. All in all, a decent place to stay in Galloway.

Top to bottom - a delightful stay. We were 2 adults and 1 teenager in the parlor suite - very comfortable. Our suite was spotless. Housekeeping was very attentive. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with making sure we took advantage of everything the area had to offer. This is a full-service resort with tons of amenities. The building and grounds have so much history - it was great to just stroll around, taking it all in. Five stars across the board!
