There is NO parking. You should find it near the hotel. It took us 30 min to find it after a very long flight. The men on reception is extremely rude even he smiles. He shut down the water last day of our stay. We stayed without water. Rude rude men. He not supposed to work on hospitality

hotel di livello veramente altissimo, qualita' prezzo eccellente, camere di livello superiore . Personale presente e gentile, direttore molto professionale. Non posso dare la valutazione massima per via della sala colazioni riservata presso il bar sottostante: assolutamente inadueguata ad un 4 stelle, claustrofobica e scarna. Ma basta sedersi fuori per cambiare tutta la prospettiva. Comunque consiglio a tutti questo albergo.

Hôtel magnifique dans une ville magnifique. Tout était parfait. Le sens du détail de la chambre au petit déjeuner à la plage privée . Je remercie tout le personnel de l hôtel d’avoir aussi bien contribué à nous faire passer des vacances de rêve ! (Sofia, Costanza et un autre monsieur qui me pardonnera de ne pas connaître son prénom , il Il se reconnaîtra : ) ) mais aussi Emanuele , Marco notre chauffeur de navette ! Mais aussi les serveurs et serveuses de la facula (le bar - boulanger / pâtissier situé sous l hôtel ) , les serveurs de la plage et i ragazzi « bagnini » :) Grazie a tutti ! Hotel centralissimo, nuovo, tecnologico. Le camere sono pulite, profumate, ampie e arredate con raffinatezza. Letto super comodo, biancheria di qualità superiore. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade inaspettato dalla camera superior alla suite con idromassaggio, una meravigliosa sorpresa. Colazione ottima, varia e gustosa. Il personale alla reception e al bar è professionale e molto cordiale. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci! Complimenti per tutto!

All hotels should be like this! Stylish, ultramodern, ultra comfortable and professional, helpful and really friendly staff. It really does have the “wow” factor. Loved the no-touch screens which we used to operate the lights, aircon, blinds etc. Loved the big, glassed-in terrace that we enjoyed a drink on in the evening while watching people do the passagiata on the main shopping street below. Beautiful linen, nice toiletries, big fluffy towels, a safe, a well-stocked mini-bar, great communication before and during our stay. Breakfast was in the cafe connected to the hotel downstairs, called Facula. Orders from a menu were taken by a charming waitress (of course!) There was a huge choice of pastries, hot foods, yoghurt, and so on. Fabulous. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Consiglio vivamente questo albergo nel centro di Gallipoli è nuovo, raffinato e pulito. Il personale gentilissimo, empatico e disponibile. Personalmente ho alloggiato con mia sorella in suite che dispone di tutti i confort possibili, é ampia, con accessori di lusso tra cui una jacuzzi king size. Ha un ampio balcone che si affaccia sulla via principale ma la camera è insoronizzata. L' hotel dispone anche di un parcheggio privato comodissimo. Ringrazio tutto lo staff, per aver contribuito al nostro splendido soggiorno, in particolare Sofia. Speriamo di tornarci presto

Hotel moderno e con tutti i comfort, ottima posizione, centrale. Check-in fino alle 23, ottima scelta soprattutto se si arriva tardi in città o si preferisce passare la giornata in spiaggia. L'upgrade dalla classica stanza a una suite è stata una bella sorpresa. Stanza ampia con ampio balconcino con affaccio sulla strada principale di Otranto. Ottima colazione al bar sotto l'hotel

Posizione eccellente , personale molto professionale e cortese , la struttura nuovissima e pulitissima ,l’ospite viene seguito passo passo e ha a disposizione H24 tutto quello che può servire , da rifare e lo consiglio , la posizione in cui è situato permette di andare a piedi al centro storico di Gallipoli , tanti negozi proprio giù dall’hotel a pochi passi , così come ristoranti , pizzerie ecc , molto comoda anche la colazione al bar giù dall’hotel dove ho trovato cortesia e massima professionalità , l’albergo ha anche un ristorante sul mare dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati coccolati al massimo
