Biancodonda Greenblu Hotel & Spa

I was looking for a hotel with a spa so I could spend a few days relaxing. The hotel itself is very nice. It's new, well-maintained, and the staff is impeccably attentive, both in their friendly manner and in addressing any questions or needs that may arise. The breakfast was quite complete, although for a 5-star hotel, it was a bit short on variety, and it was the same every day; nothing changed. The homemade pastries were very good, but the savory options were limited. The only drawback we found with the hotel was that it advertised itself as a Spa Hotel, when in fact the spa consists of a sauna, a Turkish bath (which was out of operation and they didn't know when it would be back online), two showers, and a small jacuzzi. There's no pool, water circuit, or anything like that. The surprising thing was that, despite not being listed anywhere, it turns out that access to the spa is for a maximum of 60 minutes and can only be used once during the entire stay at the hotel. If you want to use it again, you have to pay €30 per person. There were four of us, so paying €120 to return the other days, without even being able to use the Turkish bath, seemed excessive. There's parking, but you have to pay €20 per day. It wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Perfect from all points of view, I highly recommend it, both for holidays and for business. Excellent quality/price, compared to other structures on the national territory.

Tutte le precedenti valutazioni raggiungono l’eccellenza e la mia non potrà esser da meno. La struttura è moderna , originale, ricca di colorata pop art, funzionale, organizzata ed efficiente. Ma la differenza la fa, assolutamente, la professionale accoglienza del personale: sempre disponibile, accomodante, cordiale. Ottima la prima colazione con buffet internazionale e la possibilità di personalizzare le richieste sempre esaudite dal personale di sala. Bello il roof con minipiscina attiva fino alle 23.00, e con servizio bar accurato. La SPA, anche se non grandissima, è sapientemente gestita dalla competenza degli addetti. 3 giorni trascorsi piacevolmente in una Puglia, oramai, assolutamente adeguata alle richieste del mercato turistico attuale.

Servizio impeccabile, nonché gentilezza di tutto il personale! Colazione di ottima qualità. Posizione perfetta a Gallipoli per uscire nel centro storico a piedi. Piscina e percorso spa perfezionano il soggiorno. Grazie a tutti, torneremo sicuramente. :)
