The experience of this hotel is average. First of all, the hygiene of the room is average. The bathroom has a bit of smell. Secondly, the towels don't look very clean. I was woken up by mosquito bites in the middle of the night and saw dozens of mosquito bites on my feet. It's really unbearable. I haven't had such a bad experience in so many days. However, the location of the hotel is good. It is in Coco Bay and faces the beach. The breakfast is not a buffet, but a meal ordering form. I didn't expect that the taste is good, because the bread and waffles are baked on the ordering basis, which is particularly fragrant.

This hotel is one of the best I have been to in all my travels. The setting is amazing, the room is funcional, with a huge balcony and makes travelling with children easy. The staff is very professional and helpful, they have a strong attention to details. As for the restaurant, the food was delicious and served at the table, even for breakfast which was very much appreciated. I am very critical when it comes to hotels, and this one is absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go back.

We had a lovely stay at this beachside hotel just outside of Galle. The staff are so incredibly friendly, welcoming and eager to help. We were mostly served by Raj who was great and went out of his way to look after us. But I must say that everyone, from the life guard / pool attendant to the manager were genuinely wonderful. A special mention to Vivura - who provides Ayurvedic massage services to guests. His massages were so good I had 2 over 2 days! Truly one of the best massages I have ever had so I definitely recommend ⭐️Thank you for a wonderful stay to all at Coco Bay Hotel! P.s a great selection of games plus pool table was a lovely bonus

Были с 10.12.2024 по 19.12.2024. Номер большой, убирали каждый день. Двери в номере рассохшиеся, штукатурка со стен осыпается. В бухту пляжа отеля впадает река-приносит много мусора. Звтраки скудные, выбор не большой и ждать приходится по 30-40 минут. Из сейфа в номере пропали 200 долларов. Не рекомендую для отдыха. Худший отель из всех где были.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Beautiful room and great view. The food was very good too. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help and make sure we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay!

Et super lækker hotel. Der får værelser og en stille og rolig strand i Unawatuna. Det er tæt på Gall, kun 10 min med Tuk Tuk.
