Very Sri Lankan style hotel, the two-story room is large and the bed is comfortable. Not used to the feeling of the bathroom, the room lighting is too dim. The hotel breakfast is good, you can choose English or Sri Lankan breakfast. You can see many birds on the lawn where you eat.

The interior of the house is a bit special, but it was the only night we stayed in Sri Lanka for 7 nights that the child had to pay extra for accommodation, and we booked a large family room (two floors can accommodate 5 people). We were a family of three, so we had to pay for the child separately. If the child wanted to add some watermelon for breakfast, he had to pay separately. This was the only one like this in 7 days. Fruits can be added for free at other accommodations for breakfast

Very friendly host and his staff. The location is good. A really beautiful villa with all amenities. The best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka (we had 9 hotels). The pool is amazing. The hotel staff swept and cleaned the area every day. But the floor in the room was a bit dusty. Slow breakfast service. My advice is to serve breakfast indoors so that the guests are not bitten by mosquitoes. Thank you so much for your hospitality! I definitely recommend this villa to all travelers.

A very satisfactory niche luxury hotel with only four rooms. It has a British colonial manor feel. The butler service is very good. The breakfast quality is very good. It is only a 5-minute drive from the ancient city by DuDu bus. It is not in the downtown area. It is very quiet at night and during the day. It is a good place for vacation and leisure. Each room is different, with a high ceiling and a large space. There is also a public rest area on the second floor.
