The manager is well trained and the young staff are very enthusiastic. The station, fortress and bus terminal are all within walking distance. There are many shops around the area that are typical of a station area, making it very lively. The hotel also has a restaurant and bar, making it a prominent location in the city. The shower is hot and sufficient, and the air conditioning works well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not bad, every staff member of the hotel is great. I accidentally broke a plate and cut my foot. The hotel helped me treat the wound immediately and didn't ask me to compensate for the plate. It's a super warm hotel, recommended

Sinply the best
Snooze Station was simply the best accommodation I stayed at in Sri Lanka (from a whole mix of hostels, homestays, and hotels). It's brand new, spotlessly clean, and provides hotel standard services despite being a hostel - such as a welcome drink, a cold flannel on arrival, towels on the beds, a tea and coffee area, etc. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The location is perfect for travellers - it is right by both the train and bus stations, and it's only a pretty 5 minute walk to the main entrance to Galle Fort area. But the best thing about Snooze Station is the staff, they were all so kind and friendly! I lost my voice one day - one of the staff knocked on my room door with a glass of hot water for my throat and offered to help further. You simply have to stay here if you're going to Galle! To the staff - thanks for the fantastic hospitality!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hostel. The place is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. We stayed in the Beer Room, which has three bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to six people. The room was fully air-conditioned, making it very pleasant. The shower area was spotless, and there’s a convenient communal kitchen where you can make your own cup of coffee. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality from the owner, management, and staff—they were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hostel also has a restaurant offering both dine-in and takeaway options. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place to any foreign travelers visiting the Galle area on their Sri Lankan tour. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and great service!

Snoozestation Galle is the perfect place to stay when you're in Galle. Located in the heart of the city, it offers affordable prices, clean and spacious rooms. Plus, you can enjoy delicious meals from the restaurant at Sydney Hotel. I highly recommend it—it's just 2 minutes from the Galle railway station and conveniently located right behind the bus stand, making it ideal for easy access and a comfortable stay!

It is a safe and clean environment. Old world charm with modern amenities. Cosy bunk beds and double rooms too. Food was delicious . It was a very nice experience. Conveniently located to the railway station and main bus stand. Walking distance to the cricket stadium and the fort. If you’re lazy to walk a minute by tuk. Will be my go to place in Galle.
