Couldn't recommend more - super clean, spacious rooms and lovely pool area. The food was incredible and some of the best we had during our Sri Lanka visit and the staff go above and beyond to help us with anything we need! Also has a sister hotel by the beach so we were able to use those facilities which was super useful! Would 100% recommend

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a genuinely warm welcome and personally showed us to our rooms. They were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. The pool is stunning—both relaxing and very picturesque—and the entire property is beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, and we also stayed for lunch, which was just as impressive. Even though we’d only booked for one night, the staff kindly let us stay on the property well beyond checkout so we could continue enjoying the pool. Since there were no guests arriving immediately after us, they even allowed us to use the room again for a shower before leaving. A fantastic experience overall—highly recommend!

My friends and I from Sydney had a beautiful stay at Bilin Tree House. An oasis from the moment they opened the front door. We swam, lounged, read. The rooms are stunning, and the showers. It was the best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. Our hosts arranged transport, gave us tips and sorted laundry. So spoiled! Thank you sooo much ! Can’t recommend enough. ❤️

This was hands down our favourite place we stayed in Sri Lanka. We were a group of three, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for — it felt like coming home. They went above and beyond in every way: always happy to help, always with a warm smile, and genuinely keen to make our stay perfect. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious, immaculate rooms that feel luxurious yet cosy. The breakfasts and lunches were absolutely delicious — so good that we often didn’t want to leave to explore! We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Thank you so much for making our trip so special — we can’t wait to come back!

I really enjoyed the amazing stay at Bilin Tree House. The beautiful garden and pool ensured a calm and relaxing vacation. Very friendly staff, very accomodating to our needs with arranging scooter hire and customising the menu to suit allergies. Good location close to beginner surfer beach and many other beaches around the area. Great chefs, as the food was great, and the room was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Bilin Tree House was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! The staff are so warm and friendly and all go the extra mile to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The place itself is beautiful, large comfortable rooms, very clean, with a lovely pool and dinner area. The hotel has a lovely vibe, which makes it feel really intimate and personal. We'd definitely go back!
