Comfort Inn & Suites Gallatin - Nashville Metro

I didn't need a lot of extras for my one night stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The front desk is open 24 hours and that helped with my late arrival. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was about the standard for hotels in this price range. It was located very close to where I needed to be the next day.

The people above us must’ve stayed up past 2am stomping around or moving furniture because it was ridiculous how loud it was in our room. Mind you we got in at 12am and had to be back up early to leave the next day.

I could not have chosen a better hotel to stay at for the night. While in the city for work I needed a much needed quiet night of rest to recalibrate and the front desk staff was extremely patient, communicated well, and updated me on their hotel perks and policy. I am planning to return soon. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality.

Best Comfort Inn I have stayed at. I was expecting small bathrooms and a property in need of remodeling. The opposite was true here.

Customer service:When we arrived at night, we were greeted super quick by Will. Who was amazing 100% of the time. I had the fuse go out a few times due to my flat Iron, the fixed it quick. Cleanliness- Spotless, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled nice, not a single thing out of place. Even the tub in the bathroom was so clean it looked new. Another lady who stayed on a different floor even pointed out that this is the nicest hotel she stayed at. Breakfast- Egg, potatoes , bacon or sausage, waffle maker. They also had a red velvet option. Parking was easy. Wall art-literally a 3 minute drive.

Our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites was very enjoyable. The entire staff was friendly, and the breakfast has a great variety to choose from. There is hot and cold beverages always available as well as cookies and popcorn in the afternoon. The location is convenient and close to many restaurants and stores.

This is by far the nicest comfort inn I have ever stayed at. The staff was great. The hotel was was very clean. The breakfast was awesome. Great location as well.

Power was out for half of the room, including the bathroom. Staff said "nothing we can do" as it was it across the 2nd floor. No effort was made to correct, follow-up, or touch base. Good location, but poor communication and seemly no sense of urgency by a short staffed property. Desk agent was often moving through trying to fix and work with guests, but no other coverage. Meaning no one at the front desk or answering calls.

All good. I was surprised there is only one elevator which was out of service for a very short time but everything else was great.
