I booked the hotel very spontaneously late in the evening. The reception was already closed when I called, but the manager came by in person within less than 10 minutes. I felt guilty because I didn't know it was his cell phone number and I called so late when he was already at home. But he was really friendly and humorous. We had booked one of the modern rooms, which were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and really very spacious. The facilities were top notch, even a diffuser for the hairdryer for curly hair, which not many hotels offer. The sea with clear water was directly across the street, the location was great, just a stone's throw from downtown Chania, and you could park right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The good: Food is good. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Cleaner is friendly and v clean. Fridge. Decent air con. Decent shower. Reception friendly and helpful. Reasonable location. Pool and surrounding area good. The bad: Booked with Jet2 and seems that the air con price of 7 euros a night is not added onto total. Staff act as if air con is optional in July with 40c temps. Bathroom window broken so it won't close fully. Perhaps deliberate. Wouldn't be a problem except for bugs that belong in Jumanji entering room. The ugly: They have live bands on twice a week untl 23:00, which is ridiculous. Even silicone ear plugs have trouble drowning it out. Up to 22:00 I could understand, but come on....11 PM guys. Some of us have day trips starting 6 and 7 AM. 3.5 stars.

Ottimo hotel residence in zona tranquilla Struttura molto carina con piscina bar mini market ristorante Direi ottimo se non fosse per due cose 1) il mare dí fronte non agibile perché roccioso e senza spiaggia 2) interni da rivedere perché un po’ obsoleti Ad ogni modo voto più che soddisfacente e complimenti al personale molto gentile tra tutti la signora Anna che parla un ottimo italiano

Close to the beach that i loved .flat walking it took me 1 hour to walk to centre bus stop is handy if you prefer Room was clean always . I don't agree with aircon being charged at an extra 7 euros per day I feel this should be included in the price . The food was average , I do enjoy a full English on holidays -eggs bacon mushrooms tomatoes hash brown beans and sausage - but got egg bacon cucumber sliced tomato's . OMLETTE was lovely and the local breakfast i had was . I think id stay near the centre next time we're there's more going on . Pool was great and they do a greek night and 80s 90s night - Reception ladies very friendly and helpful One member of staff really stood out cant rember if he was called stepharno but he had glasses on . Always smiling always went out of his way true gentleman and people pleaser .

We have just returned from.a week stay, on arrival we were greeted by the head man ( still don't know his name) We booked a premium 1 bed apartment, arriving at 12.30 pm we went straight to our room, at first sight wow, smaller than expected but still a good size, lovely comfy bed, good shower , all updated and a big balcony looking out to the sea over the road. Unfortunately the A block of premium rooms is right on the road which we found out is a busy road, the apartments are also over the mini market and kitchen so all this adds up to noise. We did ask to move and were offered one room over from 101 to 102 , we took this and it was a little quieter. The food is pretty good. Not a vast menu but fresh and a good price as are the drinks. Lovely pool are and all the staff are lovely. We did find it a little of a walk to avoid beach and other places to ear. Shout out to the piato restaurant. We enjoyed our stay but due to the location don't think we would return, don't let our opinion of the location put you off.

This place always delivers with its affordable price and solid base. Everything is in good shape and staff at the pool restaurant and shop is extremely friendly. Thanks to its location you can easily reach both Chania city centre by bus (line 21) as well as Agia Marina.

Highly recommend this wonderful, very clean hotel. Maria and the other staff were very friendly and accommodating. Close to Chania, ocean right across the street. Spacious room, comfortable beds, quiet. They should improve signage for their market next door, I thought it was only a souvenir shop and bought supplies from another market.
