I am writing this whilst sat waiting for my coach to airport after a fantastic 1 weeks holiday. The staff are lovely every single one of them not a bad word to be said! Food was amazing different theme every night but always something for everyone (was not keen on fish night but that is because im not a fish lover) however i still managed fine. The pool area is brilliant loads of beds and parasols to keep people shaded, as it has been extremely hot this week, hotel guest manager does go out on a morning and move peoples towels as well who still believe it right to dump them and disappear, i had a slight disagreement with family who said we had stolen there beds and towels despite me being there since 0830 am and they did not arrive until 1100am! Not my issue and did not bother me as i knew we had not moved anyones stuff nor would i ever as its not my place too. The rooms are standard nothing amazing but equally fine for what they are used for on holiday, the kids bed was a bit small and for a 5ft 10, 12 year old slightly uncomfy but he managed and i didn’t feel the need to mention to anyone. Evening entertainment is low key but does not bother me at all in all fairness. For anyone wanting to go to Chania for the day bus tickets are cheap and can be bought on site at the shop, stop is bottom of the drive and is first/last stop depending which way your coming so you cannot go wrong. Absolutely top hotel and would 100% recommend to anyone and will defo come back again

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views, immaculate rooms & delicious food. Hotel guests choose between “bed & breakfast” or all-inclusive dining options. We stayed in the newer apartment section which had kitchenette & fold-out sofa in living room area. Room was spacious, clean, bathroom was large & AC worked very well. The staff was knowledgeable & helpful. Georgia, in particular, was great in planning tours & smoothing over the rough spots of our trip. Hotel is family-friendly with many activities. They even had a little kids’ party each night after dinner. Great variety of food in a beautiful dining area. Good location if you wish to visit Chania’s famous beaches. We would go there again

Just got back from the loveliest week here! All of the staff, from housekeeping, to the restaurant & front desk were amazing & always so friendly and helpful. We went bed & breakfast, and everyday the breakfast buffet was brilliant - they keep it topped up throughout the session so even when we came down a little later some days there was still so much choice. We did add on dinner too one night and the selection was just as high quality. The staff at the pool & hotel bars were always so helpful. We took part in water gym on a couple of occasions too. We took the bus into Chania on multiple occasions, and always purchased tickets from the hotel shop so we had them on hand, and it worked out cheaper too. They come every 20 minutes or so too. Highly recommend taking a walk down the street close by too, as some lovely beaches and little shops.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is in the best possible location, the view is amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always with a smile. The facilities were spotless and very well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Once again, we had a restful, enjoyable holiday at this hotel. We were upgraded to the Executive rooms and pool area. Our rooms were very clean and looked after by very efficient staff. The food in the outdoor bar area and restaurant was excellent and plenty of choice for everyone. Although all the staff were lovely, a special thanks to Georgia on reception and Betty in the Executive area who looked after us so well. I must say, the sea views from this hotel are exceptional and lives up to the hotel name. The sunrise and sunsets are wonderful. We’ll be visiting again for sure. Many thanks for your hospitality. 😀

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and looked after. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and you can instantly relax knowing that you are in good hands. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Our room was cleaned daily and it was done properly. The food was amazing! A massive variety of dishes and loads of options for children. Pool facilities are absolutely perfect, with a bar directly beside them so you can have refreshments as and when needed. Location was also really handy, with a bus every 20 minutes or so directly in to Chania. Overall we had a superb time and I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing, no hassels vacation.
