Very good hotel, complete facilities, warm and thoughtful service. Seeing that we brought three children, we were given a free upgraded suite, which was a surprise. 正月初三初四連住兩晚，很棒的温泉民宿，還有一個很大的院子，適合燒烤，院子裏有土灶可以鐵鍋燉。房間設計的很開闊，陽光撒進屋子很是愜意。備品布草非常乾淨，很少有民宿可以做到這個衞生標準。温泉池做的符合人體工學，而且兩個大泡池隨時放水很方便，但是入住第二天整個温泉小鎮區域性有些問題，老闆也及時解決了。廚房的設計很用心，地下室是一個KTV。整體來講，還是非常滿意的，老闆人很好，服務很到位，可以隨時提供一些及時需要的小件。

思來想去還是想寫下這個評價滿意的點是屋子裡的環境衞生可以與圖片相符，不滿意的如下： 1. 到地方了前台根本沒有人也聯繫不上要不就是聯繫上了説看不了攜程的訂單要不是老闆自己回來了不知道要等到什麼時候 2.辦理入住的時候告訴我們房間沒有了！因為我定的是兩個一樣的房間請問沒有了還在上面賣什麼？還有一個點就是老闆説那你取消吧因為之前特意看了退改規則這個買完30分鐘內取消免費之後沒住也會扣除全部房費所以我讓老闆取消如果沒太注意的話估計會掉進這個“坑” 3.結果老闆積極聯繫解決我才知道這個所謂的民宿是在小區裏問我們能不能接受不同單元的兩間房？？我覺得民宿應該是所有房間都在一個亭子院子裏的那種而不是把小區裏空房子買/租下來然後裝修當民宿吧 4.最不能忍的一點是！下午我們出去了晚上回來的時候一個男的正好從屋裡出來！！説和老闆説好了往屋裡放點東西暫且不説東西放哪裡放你店裡不行麼？你不知道這屋裡住人呢麼？這是我們一大家子人根本就不害怕這要是就兩個女生呢？出門在外面上得過得去結果這大哥 9.00多又來送一趟！ 5.還有一點就是因為之前的兩個榻榻米沒有了麼商家給換了這個説是能5人住包括現在頁面上也寫着5人住實際被子衹夠四個人蓋的洗漱用品也衹有4個 6.今早我看了一下之前定的兩個房間一共288元説沒房了最後換成家庭套房了是213元也就是説在你們做錯的情況下還多收錢了（不要説不同日期價格不一樣我是週日住週一走我挑了一個也是週日住週一走不是節假日的時候價格和我當時買的一樣由此推斷出的；也別説什麼一共訂的4個人的想住5個人這個我承認確實抱有僥倖心理因為有一個人是出發當天臨時決定的，所以我訂的3-4米的榻榻米一定有自己的原因但這卻不是你們沒房的理由）其實這條評論可寫可不寫的就是在明知道住人的情況下還讓別的客人往裡放東西真的很過分好幾條綜合在一起所幸就寫出來讓大家避雷吧❤️ （圖中圈圈的榻榻米為之前訂的，後面圈圈的家庭套房是溝通後實際住的）
