已經是第二次來這裏入住了，酒店套餐包含三餐真的是太方便了，雖然都是家常菜，但是廚師做的味道還真不錯，得到了我爸媽的一致好評。房間乾淨整潔舒適衞生，住店還享受無限次泡温泉服務，這個季節酒店內的花都開了特別好看。總之就是非常滿意，下次還會再來的。

整體設施性價比一般，第一次入住給了餐券，前台告知以後不走平台入住可以提供餐券，餐廳餐食價格不低，早餐蛋糕硬得直掉渣，中餐晚餐菜品也不是很新鮮，屋內大桶水12元，入住前未告知且未標明價格，還好提前問下，被子打開床上兩根頭髮，入住前提前問了湯苑可以帶寵物，小狗咬壞一個抱枕，退房時自己拿出來給前台看，説買下，前台要30元，抱枕實際PDD10元2個的質量，因為確實小狗損壞，不想過多糾纏， 30元已經付了，前台還一直唸叨要她自己出錢買，服務員態度不好，按金500元，退房時遇到臨屋因為大桶水和水杯也被扣了很多按金，鬧得很不愉快，周圍很多温泉酒店，總體性價比不高，非常不推薦

很驚喜在這温泉小鎮！壹心湯整個江南徽派建築非常漂亮，大堂服務熱情貼心到位，房間各種各樣設施齊全，庭院燈光輝煌，這次入住的酒店客房，下次一定體驗一下温泉小苑。
