Very satisfied. We arrived very late. The front desk was very friendly and sent us a quilt. The breakfast was also very satisfactory. Coffee and hot water were provided all day long, just enough hot water before the trip. Free parking is very convenient.

Kept the coffee fresh and always there when we needed.
Breakfast was made and kept up with pride from a single dedicated woman.

Disappointed by the Lack of Internet – Not What I Expected from Hampton Inn I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Gaithersburg and was incredibly disappointed by the complete lack of reliable internet. In 2025, it's unacceptable for a hotel—especially one that caters to business travelers—to have Wi-Fi that barely works or cuts out entirely. I rely on internet access for work, and the connection here was either non-existent or so slow it was unusable. I contacted the front desk multiple times and was told it was a "known issue" but with no timeline for fixing it. No apology, no compensation, just a shrug. This was incredibly frustrating and made my stay stressful instead of convenient. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns across the country and usually have a great experience, but this location really let me down. If internet access is important to you, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
