My boyfriend and I stayed here on our trip to Colombia, and it was AMAZING. Albero and the woman at the front door gave us 10/10 care. They were so kind, attentive to our needs, and bent over backwards to help us (even ordering food and taxis for us). The free homemade breakfast is different every morning (and DELICIOUS!) with coffee, fresh squeezed juice, fresh fruit, and then the main plate which was pancakes, or tostones, eggs, and meat. The cook and Albero even welcomed us into their kitchen to show us how tostones were made (they could tell I was curious, haha.) There is a nice pool in the back of the small one floor hotel, and you can order drinks or food from the bar which will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. They’re fairly cheap too! I think we spent $5-6 for a mojito, and $3 for fresh squeezed pineapple juice (which is a must-try, by the way!) The beds were super comfy, and there were nice loud fans in the room which you could turn off or on (was nice to drown out poolside noise for a midday nap). The hotel also offers yoga classes (free of charge I’m pretty sure), and massages (extra charge but not as expensive as US), neither of which we had time to enjoy in our stay, but we will when we get back! Can’t thank these people enough!!! TOP service!!! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

It seems like a good hotel, but it is not because of the price and poor facilities. You can hear everything between rooms (paper or plasterboard walls), pool, reception, hallway. The first day we went to shower and they didn't have hot water, we had to leave for a meeting without showering. The manager is very polite, but not very decisive. The breakfast for the price of the room is very scarce and poor.

The experience was very bad, we arrived early before check-in at the reception, they welcomed us well, they offered to have our suitcases while they delivered the room, but when it came time to check in, the administrator, as she called herself, arrogantly wanted to change the price shown on the reservation, after showing her the reservation and the value did not agree to leave the original value but to tell much more, due to the fact that we were tired we decided to accept but or surprise the lady said that she was predisposed to cancel and leave, if as you read it she will kick us out Hotel at noon with suitcases, a child and tired d without traveling all night, not even the hotel employees believed it and made faces that the lady always does the same thing, the place is very nice and the staff is very good but the face is this lady that does not comply with the reservations and prices of the applications and is also impressively rude
