Remarkable refreshing place
Superb time, first time in Chianti and enjoyed it thoroughly. The hotel is incredibly relaxing and a respite, located in a beautiful area that I could stay in for weeks. Incredible views, space to run and cycle nearby.

No a la altura de hoteles similares en la Toscana
Veníamos de estar en otro small luxury hotel of the world en la toscana, y la diferencia en el servicio fue abismal. Los empleados hacen lo mínimo aceptable y lo que se les pide, no hay recomendaciones, una actitud alegre o proactividad en lo absoluto. Cómo bien se advierte en otras opiniones , el servicio en la piscina (que es el hightlight del hotel) es prácticamente nulo. La sensación general es que el hotel descansa en la vista privilegiada que tiene, el maravilloso entorno y la experiencia del castillo en la Toscana , y no ve cómo relevante el servicio. No es un mal hotel, pero si consideramos que es un 5 estrellas , el precio y la categoría de SLH of the world…se queda bastante corto.

Great for kids, not so much for couples. Highly overpriced, rooms dark and uncomfortable. Food is bland and the service is poor.
