I had a great stay. Connie and John were so nice and welcoming. The house was gorgeous. The food fabulous, especially Connie"s bisquits. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the great experience!

We didn’t know what to expect as we had never stayed in a B&B. However, we could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Connie and John made us feel like family and the manor to feel like home. They were so attentive and their food is incredible. We will definitely be back and if we could give them 10 stars we would.

Lovely B&B - what an amazing stay! The entire B&B was cozy, our room was quite clean. The food and stay was amazing - the service excellent! The hosts made sure our stay was amazing - very hospitable with everything covered. The Breakfast was delicious - not to forget the Banana Bread! We highly recommend this B&B!

Pros: - Very good food. - Nice historical building. - Rose room was very nice (though the bathroom does have minor cleaning issues - mainly around the tub). - Swimming pool was nice (though not heated, so very cold) - Hot tub was nice (though feels like it needs some maintenance, as the pressure was not great). Cons: - Hosts entered and straightened up our room, even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. - Host chose to try and force their religion on us when we were leaving. -- This was the worst part of the stay and what ruined the entire visit. Everyone has the right to their religious beliefs, as well as the right to not be subjected to others religious beliefs. Had the hosts asked if we were interested, and dropped it when I said no. All would have been fine. But they chose to go ahead and force their "praying" for us. That is extremely unprofessional and extremely offensive. Not to mention that if they follow an "all-powerful" being who is concerned with getting guest home safely, but not concerned about little kids dying of cancer, then I'm definitely not interested. -- I sincerely hope they learn from this mistake and stop trying to force their beliefs on their guests. Or, at the very least, add a disclaimer to their website. Had I know there was a possibility of this happening, I never would have booked out 10 year anniversary stay at this location.

We paid for a 2 night stay and stayed 1 night, paid for both. The first day we were overwhelmed by the goodness of the proprietors kindness and attention to detail. Our dinner was truly incredible, best steak we have ever had. After dinner we had a relaxing walk and hubby enjoyed the hot tub while i read in this peaceful environment. The next morning we had a truly wonderful breakfast but I felt that we were somehow being rushed out, so did my husband. They were preparing for a large tea party of 50 guests. We were still tired from our 9 hour trip but left to do some shopping and sight seeing. We were gone 3 hours and came back for a short rest and heard the busyness downstairs so we gathered our things to leave again. We were told we probably didn't want to be there, a nice way of saying please be gone. Instead of being able to relax, enjoy the hot tub and pool or just simply relax, we left again and tried to fill in the gaps of time. We came back again for ice for our cooler and the house was still full. We decided it was time to head back home. By 3 pm we left. Our stay was less than 24 hours. We wouldn't have driven back 9 hours but just didn't feel we had a place to stay and relax, a hotel would have been more accomodating for this. The husband was truly kind and warm and prayed over my husband and his heart. Grateful for that.

Amazing place, beautiful and extremely clean. And the food...2 chefs in the house to cook the best gourmet meal, best food we've ever eaten. John and Connie, the Innkeepers, take hospitality to a whole new level. We've been to many B&B before, but nothing compares to our stay there. If you don't stay at the Lancaster Manor, you'll cheat yourself out of a great blessing and wonderful experience. The location is great too.... Very close to so many fun things to do

This was our second stay at the beautiful Lancaster Manor. We truly enjoyed both visits but this one felt extra special with all the gorgeous holiday decor. First stay was in The Cowboy Room and second was in The Rose Room. Both rooms are spacious with very comfortable king beds. Yummy brownies and slices of warm banana nut bread upon arrival is just a preview of what’s to come for breakfast. The breakfast is made to order and is so delicious. The banana walnut pancakes are a must have. We also had omelettes, bacon, biscuits, fruit and yogurt. Connie and John are amazing hosts who really aim to please. We can’t wait to return again to experience their dinner. We highly recommend Lancaster Manor for a relaxing couples getaway or a stay with family and friends.
