The stay was good. But I was charged for the first day that I did not arrive. My flight was delayed 9 times then canceled, was forced to spend the night at the airport to catch the morning flight which I called Econo lodge what had happened and if my room is still reserved, He said yes. Mentioned it to staff and He said there’s nothing He can do to change the date. The manager did not approve of a refund on that Christmas Eve day that I was suppose be there but instead came on Christmas Day. What I had to go through at the airport on Christmas Eve and then the manager of Econo Lodge refused to refund my money on that day, I give this place only 2stars. However, if I could ask the manager again and she pardon it for hardship at the airport and grants me favor, than yes this place deserves 5 stars.
