Waren das zweite Mal zwischen den Jahren in diesem Hotel, nur dieses Jahr lief einiges schief. Der Empfang war schon sehr unfreundlich. Obwohl ich auf meinen Namen die Buchung vorgenommen und bezahlt (!) hatte, wurde ich beim check-in nahezu ignoriert, da anscheinend das Zimmer im Hotelsystem auf meinen Mann lief (haben unterschiedliche Nachnamen). Andere Gäste bekamen einen Glühwein beim check-in, wir nicht. War also schon kein guter Start. Wir waren 2 Tage, am zweiten Tag war der Whirlpool im Wellnessbereich kaputt und nicht mehr nutzbar. Am Ersten Tag konnte man nur bis 17 Uhr in der Bar essen….warum auch immer. Zudem waren dieses Jahr viele Kleinkinder und Kinder in diesem Hotel, was eine Erholung unmöglich machte. (Lärm in den Zimmern und im Wellnessbereich, Essen am Boden etc) In einem 4 Sterne Wellnesshotel habe ich eigentlich keine Kleinkinder erwartet…widerspricht sich für mich persönlich auch. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen. Wenn ich viel Geld für ein 4 Sterne Wellnesshotel bezahle, möchte ich mich auch erholen können, und das war nicht möglich unter diesen Umständen.

Massage was niet mogelijk ook een paar faciliteiten in de Spa werkten niet. Zwembad etc was prima.
Minpunt was dat airco niet goed werkte waardoor we slecht sliepen.

Un piacevole viaggio di lavoro
Hotel molto moderno ed elegante, zona comune davvero tenuta bene e pulita. Area wellness molto grande, organizzata su due piani con bella piscina esterna e molte zone relax. Colazione da 10 e lode, vastissima gamma di prodotti ed ottima qualità. Purtroppo ho trovato la camera un po' datata con moquette diversamente pulita ed un un po' di cattivo odore. Peccato per questo dettaglio.
