When I checked in my room was filthy. Sticky stuff all over the hardwood in the kitchen and bathroom, sink had hair and sticky stuff on it. Carpet looks like it has never been swept. Pieces of food and trash everywhere. Floss sticks all of the room. Thank god I had a can of Lysol with me because I did not want to even touch the bed. 4 days so far and no room service. The room and amenities would be a 5 star review if it was clean.

Great service - fast and efficient. Very kind employees. Leigha was very helpful with our stay, and kindly helped us out. My room was very clean and tidy. I asked for extra pillows, they were delivered very quickly.

The folks at Marriott International should take notice of this property. It is sub-par, My room's carpet had never been vacuumed even though I had received a text that it was clean and ready for occupancy. I am not sure that management has any control over the housekeeping staff. If I were a woman, I would not feel safe here. Men coming in and out and hanging out in the property and parking lot. On the positive side, t is a good location and the breakfast was respectable.

Was passing through the area a month ago, called the hotel hoping there was a room available and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. I was pleased with the clean rooms and the free breakfast which was very good.

I had the pleasure of staying here while I was visiting Columbus for work. I had a long stay, and the entire experience was top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the housekeeping was excellent.

I’ve enjoyed my long term stay here while on military orders. Close to the airport and the Easton mall. Staff has been very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

I booked this hotel last minute after an unplanned overnight in Columbus due to a flight change because of the snowstorm and sub-zero temps. The shuttle driver was great—shuttle from the airport was running after midnight (unlike others nearby). The driver was nice enough to have me go inside without waiting then brought both of my suitcases inside. I was told the incorrect time of breakfast and missed it by 15 minutes, but the lady working brought me some food, which was great because I had no car, and no other way to get food. The actual hotel was standard, clean and pretty average. Gym was nice. And breakfast included. They accommodated by allowing me a late check-out too until my ride could get into town. I hope to never be stranded in Columbus in a snowstorm but they made this experience as smooth as possible.

For how cheap I got the rate I’m not really complaining on “how clean this” or “how nice that”. Especially sense I work as a front desk agent at my own location. The hotel looks like an apartment complex and on each floor there’s only one elevator on each floor, not on each side of the floors. Not a suggested property if you’re disabled unless you ask to be put on the first floor. Tv was confusing when trying to connect XBOX, volume was excessively loud and couldn’t figure it out. Front desk was friendly when checking in and when I called asking questions. There was some minor damage to the couch and one of the walls in the room, but that’s expected to me with how cheap the rate is and being located close to an airport. Cleanliness was good! Bed was comfortable, just suggest there be four pillows instead of three placed on the bed. This location is a good place for those in their 20’s in the area for a festival and not really planning on staying 100% in the hotel. There’s not a lot to do centrally located to the hotel, more food than fun.

Canceled reservation, tried to call hotel for 3 days to ask if adjoining/connecting rooms for kids next to parents, this hotel never answered a call day or night. Did a deep dive and looks like a Do drop Inn not a Marriott property. Found the Spring Hill down the road and they actually know how to answer a landline phone call. COME ON MARRIOTT.. ditch this half star garbage.
