The property is in a good position to visit the main nearby cities such as Taormina, Giardini Naxos etc. Good cleaning. The breakfast was neither abundant nor varied. What was negative is the management. We arrived and the mother of the owner of the property had assigned us a parking space (very narrow) in the courtyard and on the first day we parked although not with little difficulty. The second day we returned around midnight and found the space occupied. At that point I called the owner who was not present in the property to tell her about the inconvenience because we had found the space occupied and she replied that there was no assignment of the parking space while her mother had told me the opposite. She told me to park behind other cars as best as possible. According to her, the principle that whoever arrived first chose the space was valid, but this did not happen on our day of arrival since there were no cars present in the courtyard and the mother made us park in a narrow space so much so that I had to get out of the car from the passenger side because it was impossible from the driver's side. So if the rule that whoever arrives first was valid chose the place because it was not valid on our day of arrival? After going up we wanted to take a shower and we noticed that the water was cold. Since we came from a day at the beach I preferred to take a cold shower rather than not take it. After having done it I decided to report this problem to the owner and magically after a few minutes it returned warm. Perhaps they had turned off the boiler for reasons of electricity consumption. The room also faced the road and there was a lot of noise from both cars and people. Furthermore, the same room was attached to the breakfast room and in the morning you could hear all the chatter of the guests present in it. In my opinion the structure needs to be better organized.
