We paid for the queen suite on here with *******. We did not get that room. We ended up paying another 21$ on top of what we paid here to get the room we requested. I believe the woman did what she could but her language was unclear.
The quality of the hotel was older. However it was clean. But our toilet was wobbling and the flooring was linoleum. Flimsy and not stuck down real well.

Service is terrible. Staff is disrespectful. Terrible customer experience. They do not have any customer service etiquette. Rooms are old and outdated.

The worst place we have ever stayed in. Got there about 9PM after a long day of travel. Saw a bug thought it could be a coach roach. Woke up next morning and they were crawling on bed. Left by 5AM. Room was in terrible shape, homeless people living there, in cars in parking lot and lobby. Called Red Roof to get refund still waiting, hotel hung up on me when called and reported to Board of Health.

When I got to the hotel, no one was around to check me in. It took approximately 10 minutes for a front desk person to arrive and there were 2 other people waiting to check in behind me. It then took approximately 10 minutes to find my reservation and check me in. I did not get a receipt as the printer was broken. The hallways were very noisy between 7 and 10pm. The breakfast was awful. The cereal was stale and the juice machine only gave out water. I was not pleased.
