We the family stayed there in gabala. Hotel was very neat and clean. Atmosphere around was beautiful. Breakfast was also decent. Although quite away from city centre, had a very serene environment around.

Всё нормально, только с лифтом напрягает ожидание по 10-15 минут на этаже. Для приятного ожидание лифта поставьте диваны или кресла;) Ресепшн очень долго решал вопрос, после третьего напоминания пополнили бар, пустовавший при заезде только утром следующего дня;) Питание хорошее! СПА - отличное ;) Персонал ресторана "вежливый" и очень бережно охраняющий покой поваров и официантов за 30 минут до окончания ужина, -"говорит гостям еды нет и не будет сегодня, закрываемся". Оценка от души - 4 звезды хорошая и справедливая!

Завтрак супер,очень понравился. В коттедже тоже уютно,чисто. НО ,ванная комната отеля который 5 звёзд,ужасная. Старая ванна края желтые ,раковин тоже. Все старая, даже не хотелось принять душ.За такую цену можно было ремонт делать в ванной. Даже в 3 х звездным отеле не было такой ванной. Но комната уютные,у нас было 3 комнаты в коттедже,чистые. С кухней.Даже утюг было. Местоположение супер,вид шикарный. И терраса в коттедже простойная.

This is 5* hotel and don't provide hot milk since they have policy, Room service will not provide milk for my child .what kind if policy is this fail to understand this.we check in around 5pm still our room was not ready?I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family, not atoll family friendly
