衷懇評價入眼很美的老房子，仿悦榕莊制式感覺，入住前管家會細心的來接，但是入住後，雲端到谷底，體驗感極其不佳。具體問題如下:
1.被動→
第一天入住的房間打了三小時空調無熱感，和店家商議後，達成換房的解決方案。於是我們搬到至“A5”，這間房間外面寫了“會客室”，當時沒有太在意，對我們來説，衹要入睡不冷就表示滿意了。“A5”房間床在閣樓，有空調吹。
2. 忽悠→
換房後出去玩啦，回來睡覺發現房間有響亮的電鑽聲，詢問管家，回覆説木頭滴水的聲音。讓我們可以使用店方提供的耳塞，好咯吧，第一晚使用耳塞，但還是聽得見，忍一忍睡睡醒醒，第一晚過了。
3.不準時→
管家詢問第二天早餐飯點，我們在其中選了8:30那檔，第二天我們準時到，結果管家告知因為天冷怕食物涼掉（這是個好理由），所以我們到了就開始煮，於是在大堂等待30分鐘後開吃，那為何約時間時不告知需要等待？我遵守規則準時到，等待沒關係，提前告知即可，我們可以提前調整之後的租車行程。兩天的早餐還是豐富的，第二天準時了。
4.敷衍了事→
反饋了兩個問題（1）房間半夜至天明持續不斷地類似電鑽或敲擊的滴水？聲音（2）這間A5浴室電動馬桶除了沖水功能是好的，其他都不能用，比如基礎坐墊加熱。（3）衞生間在房間外圍（應該是天井處）完全超過空調可以打到的邊緣範圍。洗浴實在太冷，需要一個取暖器（這個問題，在強烈要求下解決了！）
第二天夜裡，除了取暖器解決外其他反映的問題並沒有解決。於是，又是一個“鑽木夜”……崩潰的精神……
最後的評價:
虛有其表的酒店，細節不在線，另外對於老建築的維護和保養都不夠，就知道在“蘋果樹上摘蘋果”，卻沒有好好的“照顧這棵樹”，何談走長遠之路？
