衞生還行，但是房間裏和各設施都看得出來比較陳舊了，前台應該是老闆，態度很好，總體來説性價比還可以，如果衹是住一晚兩晚的沒什麼要求就還可以

位置離地鐵站近，走小路10分鐘，打車走大路也就4分鐘，樓下（不是大廈對面）有家早餐店的包子又大又好吃，豆漿自己磨的，濃。
一出路口就是公交車站，站台對面是鼓樓分局，居住安全感10分。去三坊七巷是幾站路，省博略遠。去五一廣場看升國旗很近。

酒店在這個大廈的5層樓，位置還是蠻好找的，但是沒有免費停車位，衹能停在地下停車場，35一天。過年期間附近沒有吃東西的地兒。房間裏面不大，設施還可以，窗户靠走道，所以會有點吵。晚上小孩突然看到天花板上有個蟲子，正準備叫前台來處理一下，那個蟲子突然飛到了床上，目測有1釐米長，趕緊抄起拖鞋拍死了，如圖。要是晚上睡著了飛到身上那可真有點滲得慌。其實進房間的時候覺得房間還挺乾淨的，有蟲子估計是窗户靠走道，通風不好，潮濕導致的。總的來説，房間不算太差吧。
